The company owning already the shopping portal Aukro bought another internet shopping portal Mall.cz. The Czech multimillionaire owners do transactions. It is probably the biggest trade during the existence of the Czech Internet.
South African media group Naspers and internet purchases through MIH Allegro billion for a majority stake in Dutch Netretail Holding, the parent company of Internet shops Mall.cz.
His Czech owners then become multimillionaires. Aukro Mall.cz and no longer competitors.
